Hi Paul. I'm not a mechanic so I can't answer that question but I can help. I would go to the Class A forum on RV.Net (www.rv.net/forums) and post your question. You'll quickly have an answer

I have a 1987 24' Fleetwood Southwind with an Onan Emerald1 Gen. I am about to pull my hair out figuring out how to change such a simple thing as the air filter on the generator. It has the 2 steel walls on both sides, cannot get to the bolts that hold them on, no clearance to get to the bolt that holds the filter cover on, the filter cover would not be able to go forward enough even if i got the bolt off, What a design, What do I do??? thanks
